My Commitment to Equity
As a People & Culture leader and consultant, equity is at the core of everything I do. I believe that every individual deserves to work in an environment that is engaging, inclusive, and designed to enable them to thrive. I am committed to integrating equitable design principles into all my consulting work, ensuring that the strategies I develop and the workplaces I help to shape are inclusive, fair, and supportive for everyone.
As a Latina woman working in the tech industry, this commitment to equity is deeply personal to me. I understand firsthand the challenges faced by those from historically underrepresented communities, and I am dedicated to using my expertise to create meaningful change.
I take particular pride in collaborating with companies that are owned or led by individuals from historically marginalized communities, including women, genderqueer and non-binary individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), veterans, and individuals with disabilities. By supporting these leaders, I aim to amplify diverse voices and nurture workplaces where everyone can thrive.
To further my commitment to equity, I offer a sliding scale pricing model for my 1:1 career coaching services. This makes my expertise and support financially accessible to more people, including those who may not have the resources to afford traditional career coaching services.
